I purchased two computers in July last year. I have found them to be extremely easy to work with. I had a battery issue that was easily dealt with and a person at the store ran a check and updated and installed sone drivers to improve performance. Definitely will buy from again.

Big thanks to Tim at the Parmer lane store. I bought a battery for my laptop that died less than month later. I understand, used parts. They refunded the price to a gift card. I asked if they could recycle the battery, but left the mb cable on battery. I went to the store recomended and bought another battery, but it had no cable. I called Discount the next day and they said the recycling had gone out. Tim took my number, looked in back and found the cable. I have a laptop again. Thanks Tim.🙂

I ordered 2 laptops for my granddaughter and myself and she was thrilled with the unit I got her. It was a great deal and she loved that it came with features that she wanted and more. I'd give this place four stars, but they're too good! We've purchased multiple personal and business laptops at DE over the past few years, and every time we got a quality used late model business system for a reasonable price. Our most recent purchase was from Mathayus, who along with Brendan set us up with a very capable Dell Pro system. Looking forward to the development of their cowork/coffee area.

Came in with my son who was looking for a gaming computer. Mathayus was very helpful, showed us the options they had in stock and gave us the basic rundown of the specs and comparison between the PCs they had. When my son had settled on one, and we wanted to be sure it would do what he needed, Mathayus pulled out a benchmark test so we could see the performance with our own eyes. My son was very happy with the computer and wanted to add a wifi card to the current set up. Since Mathayus knew that my son was just getting into this, he took us over to their test bench and showed us how to install the new card. He booted it up and made sure all the drivers were loaded and everything was working before we left. Mathayus was very knowledgeable and helpful, and my son was very happy with his decision.

I shared my wish list with Tim at Discount Electronics and told him I was looking for a powerful computer at the most reasonable price. He walked me through several options, and I ultimately chose a Lenovo M70Q Micro with a Core i3‑10100T—made even better by my military discount. I bought a very nice refurbished laptop from Discount Electronics, and had some issues with the setup, trying to do it by myself. Unsuccessful at properly setting it up, I brought it in to Tim, who immediately found and remedied all of my issues. He gave great advice on some security measures, and some tips for easy personalization. I’ll definitely be back to Discount Electronics for any future computer purchase because of my experience with Tim! Tim was very courteous, friendly and professional.

I am 70 years old and I just had the best customer service interaction that I have had in my entire life. I have lived in 7 countries on 4 continents so where did the amazing interaction take place? Austin, Texas if you can believe that. My computer just blew up, absolutely dead, it is pushing up the daisies. I went to Discount Electronics because I have had positive results there in the past. The person who chose to help me on my quest to computer nirvana was Eve. I had a notebook with over 3 dozen questions about towers, SSD HD's, regular hard drives, processors, USB A/B/C micro-C connections, transfer speeds, SATA, external drives, PC to PC connections, etc. You get the picture. I was a Computer Electronics Engineer for almost 50 years so I can detect salesperson BS from miles away. Eve walked me through a lot of the improvements made in computing in the last decade and explained to me exactly what I was getting (also what I was not getting) My BS detector did not go off even once. Eve actually knew every subject I broached and she superbly explained every pro and con to my decisions (and my wallet) She advised me about angles I had not considered and she made recommendations based on what I told her this PC would be used for. She was a phenomenal help to me, exactly the right person at the right time. My lucky day. Let me repeat the beginning; I just had the best customer service interaction that I have had in my entire life. Thank you Eve!
